He is a 22 year Real Estate Professional and his business has successfully served over 3,000 clients in his career. He has been a supporter of RE BarCamp almost since it’s inception. He resides in Gainesville, FL, (Go Gators) and leads Livian Unlimited, an agent focused platform that partners with seasoned real estate professionals who want to grow their business through working with others, have track records of past success, like following proven systems and models, believes in the power of leverage and get excited about making an impact in their local communities and beyond, outside of their real estate businesses.

Maura is a national real estate presenter and a sought-after speaker for leadership training. In 2021, she was a member of the NAR Leadership Team, serving as President Charlie Oppler’s Public and Federal Issues Liaison; policy, RPAC, and advocacy are a strong focus in her business and work as a REALTOR® volunteer. At the state level, Maura has chaired Strategic Planning, Special Recognition, and YPN, and served on the Executive Committee, A&O, as a Regional Director for Region 3, and on the PR & Communications Committee, the Professional Development Committee, the Fair Housing Initiative PAG, Region Restructure Task Force, and DEI Task Force, among others. Peer recognitions include the 2020 CRS National President’s Award and the 2015 Atlanta REALTOR® of the Year. Maura is a graduate of the 2009 GAR Leadership Academy and the 2016 NAR Leadership Academy, a Platinum R RPAC investor, a member of RPAC President’s Circle, and was honored at the $50k level of the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame in 2022. Maura lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with her husband Ben, their Beagles Charlie and Jarvis.
